At SwagExpresso, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Since we use Printify for print-on-demand services, our return policy is crafted with care to balance customer satisfaction and the nature of custom products.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, we’ll be happy to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

Contact Us Within 14 Days
Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues. Provide your order number and detailed information about the problem (photos of the defect or damage will help us process your request faster).

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Defective Products: If the product is damaged or has a printing error, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item or size from what you ordered, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Not Eligible for Returns: Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after your return request is approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • In cases of defective products or incorrect orders: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other cases: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
